E2 Innovations is not a party to any such consent and accepts no responsibility for an institution's or individual's failure to obtain required consent.
5. Educational content disclaimer
The Labs are provided for educational purposes only. They are simulations and teaching tools — not substitutes for physical laboratory experience, professional instruction, or peer-reviewed scientific literature.
- Simulation results are approximations designed to illustrate scientific principles; they are not intended for use in actual research, engineering calculations, safety assessments, or other applications requiring laboratory-grade precision
- Educational content has been prepared with care but may contain errors or simplifications; users should verify important facts with authoritative sources
- Chemistry and physics content involving hazardous substances, reactions, or equipment is described for conceptual understanding only — never attempt to replicate such procedures without proper training, supervision, and safety equipment

- Loss of data
- Errors in scientific content
- Actions taken based on Lab content
- Injuries resulting from attempting to replicate simulations in the physical world
- Third-party claims, including those related to age verification or children's privacy
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or damages, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E2 Innovations, Inc., Virginia Research Institute, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Labs.
